What is Language Discovery® ?

It's hard for students to be truly enthusiastic about learning languages without being able to use it in a real situation...But when Australian students get the chance to interact with students from other countries, there is suddenly total motivation to communicate and make friends.

The not-for-profit Language Discovery Project connects Australian and overseas students, making the outside world part of Australian students' daily life experience. The activities draw out students' natural curiosity and desire to learn, and are designed to complement regular classes.

Language Discovery Project centres around online programs called Language Discovery Online (International Patent Pending) and it also organizes school visits/homestay tours called Language Discovery Tours.

Students learn the value of studying a second language by experiencing meaningful and purposeful use of language through actual communication with their overseas peers.
